Self-Service Sign In Error: AADSTS75011 Passwordless Signin

This article will help you if you are unable to sign into Self-Service or your Westminster account and receive the error message:

“Sorry, but we’re having trouble signing you in.

AADSTS75011: Authentication method 'MultiFactor, PasswordlessPhoneSignIn' by which the user authenticated with the service doesn't match requested authentication method 'Password, ProtectedTransport'. Contact the application owner.”

This error occurs because we do not have passwordless signin enabled for our organization. If you can’t log into Self-Service, this may be the fix for you.

 Instructions
