Services available:

United Educators - A web-based tool for enterprise teaching and learning. All Westminster University employees are automatically added as a user to the site. United Educators is used to deliver required trainings for new hires at Westminster University.

What kind of support can I receive regarding these services?

Information Services (IS) shares responsibility with the Human Resources department to provide this service. IS is responsible for:

• Access to United Educators by using network account  

• United Educators' services are running 

All other questions should be directed to the Human Resource office.  

Basic troubleshooting?

• Restart and update computer

• Are you using the correct username/password?

• Clear browser cache and cookies

• Verify internet connection and switch browsers

• Review knowledge-based (KB) articles provided by IS
