How to Create and Share Collections in Canvas Studio

  1. Log into Canvas using your Westminster email address and password. Click on the Studio tab on the left.



  2. Click the Collection button at the top right of the screen.



  3. Name your Collection, then click Create.




  4. Click the Add Videos button to start uploading videos to your new collection. 



  5. You can also add videos that are already in your personal Studio or shared with you by clicking the waffle icon at the top left and selecting My Library or Shared with Me. Click the 3 dots next to the video you want to add to your Collection, then Move To...



  6. Next, select the Collection you want to move the video to, then click Move.



  7. To share your Collection, click the 3 dots next to your Collection, then click Share Collection. 



  8. Next, add the names or emails of the people you want to share the Collection with, click Add, then click Update. The users will receive an email letting them know a Collection has been shared with them.
