Overhead Laser Projector Displaying Incorrectly
- Ensure that the projector and computer are turned on.
- Select the proper input on the control panel located on the classroom podium (either Desktop or Laptop).
- Ensure that the video connections in the back of the desktop or the cable leading to the laptop are properly seated and secure.
- Check the display settings on the desktop or laptop to confirm that the projector is connected. This can be done by checking to see if multiple displays are detected.
- When multiple displays are being detected, check the option to either duplicate or extend to the 2nd screen to either mirror what your screen shows or show a different screen.
- If you are still experiencing problems after following these trouble shooting tips, please submit a Help Desk request. If these problems occur during a class, please call the Help Desk at 801-832-2023 and we will send someone over to assist you.
