Microsoft A5 licensing gives the campus community and the Information Services (IS) department many helpful tools and programs. Here is the services available to us:

With this licensing, we are also able to offer the O365 suite for up to 5 personal devices for all faculty, staff, and current students. 

What kind of support can I receive regarding these services?

  • Access to the apps and services on a campus computer 
  • Downloading help to install the O365 on personal machines 
  • Microsoft professional help, if support is unable to help 
  • Basic knowledge on how to run all apps and services 

Basic troubleshooting?

  • Sign in using Westminster username and password 
  • Uninstall/re-install when product isn't working correctly 
  • Check filenames and paths if user is experiencing syncing problems 
  • Review knowledge-based (KB) articles provided by IS
