What kind of support can I receive regarding these services?

• There are directions on the form on what to fill out.
• Scheduler allows a person to choose a room to study or use for a set amount of time based on a first come, first served basis.

• Is the user using the correct username/password?
• Does the user have the correct permissions?
• Clear browser cache and cookies.
• Make sure that the internet is connected.
