Clear cache and cookies if the site will not load
Make sure you are signed into your Westminster account
Go to the Help Desk Portal and click on the Requests button at the top right to view tickets awaiting your approval or your open tickets
If you are unsure what request type your request falls under, submit a "Get IS help" request
Use the search function at the top of the page to help you find the request type you need and knowledge-based articles related to your search that may have step-by-step instructions for how to solve your problem
