Basic troubleshooting?
- Clear cache and cookies if the site will not load
- Make sure you are signed into your Westminster account
- Go to the Help Desk Portal and click on the Requests button at the top right to view tickets awaiting your approval or your open tickets
- If you are unsure what request type your request falls under, submit a "Get IS help" request
- Use the search function at the top of the page to help you find the request type you need and knowledge-based articles related to your search that may have step-by-step instructions for how to solve your problem
