Conference Phone Lines - The University has 4 dedicated conference lines.

Spider Phones - A phone that can be set up in most rooms that provides multiple speakers and microphones. These phones are ideal for small conferences.

What kind of support can I receive regarding these services?

• Instructions on how to use lines and phones
• Ability to schedule and deliver equipment
• Verify connection is made with others
• Clean up of equipment

Basic troubleshooting?

• Spider Phone - network port active, verify this by phone number displaying on the phone
• Are you receiving a dial tone?
• Remember to push 9 to dial out of the University
• Long distance calls will require 9 +1 + a long distance code, do you have one?
