Printing from a University-Owned Computer

Services available:

  • Desktop computer
  • Laptop computer
  • Several printers located in each building on campus (at least one networked printer per floor, excluding residential halls)

What kind of support can I receive regarding these services?

  • Ensuring that the building's available printers are working properly including:
    • Printers are online
    • Print jobs successfully print 
    • Printers are clear of paper jams
    • Printers have sufficient ink
    • Printers are overall operational
  • Printers are added to the computer
  • Paper for each printer is supplied by the department
