What kind of support can I receive regarding these services?
- New ink ships once ink levels reach 30%
- IS will replace the ink once it arrives and ensure the printer returns to a "Ready" state
- Replacement of parts as needed
- IS will call our print company, who will then service the printer as needed
- Replacement of cables as needed
- Paper for each printer is supplied by the department the printer belongs to
Basic troubleshooting?
- Check ink levels, order, and replace ink as needed
- Check error messages and relay that information to Dex (the number on the Print Counts sticker) so they can replace the necessary parts
- Restart printer and reseat all cables
- Replace cables as needed
- Review knowledge-based (KB) articles provided by IS
