Services available:

QClassroom by Qualtrics - Currently the University provides students the opportunity to give feedback to their professors about the course via QClassroom. You can find this feedback by going to Qualtrics' website. Keep in mind the students should be reviewing the course and how it was taught, not necessarily the professor themselves. 

What kind of support can I receive regarding these services?

• Course feedback resets for students
• Improper course feedback data showing (i.e. wrong name on evaluation)

Basic troubleshooting?

• Is the user signed into Canvas?
• Is the user using the correct username/password?
• Did the user request to have their feedback reset? 
• Clear cache and cookies on web browser
