Services available:

Alumni accounts are active up to 1 year after graduation. This includes access to:

  • Canvas - past courses for each class, access to past course content, assignments, discussions, grades etc. 
  • Microsoft Outlook Email - every member of the College has a Microsoft Outlook email account
  • Westminster Anywhere - mimics an on campus College-owned PC computer, academic applications are available here
  • WebPrint - allows students to print on campus
  • G Suite - Google Docs, Slides, and Sheets
  • Self-Service - view past courses, GPA's, and financial aid rewards, make payments, update contact info, etc.
  • Password Changer - allows students to reset their own passwords
  • FileSafe - way to securely share sensitive information or documents too large for Outlook
  • Library databases - used for research
  • Westminster WiFi

What kind of support can I receive regarding these services?

  • Accessing, navigating, and utilizing the available resources
  • Installing and using the Outlook app and/or setting up email through the Apple mail app
  • Migrating files to a non-Westminster based account in preparation for account deletion after 1 year
  • Resolving technology related Self-Service errors
  • Resetting password if at least 2 multi-factor authentication (MFA) methods are not yet set up
  • Setting up MFA
  • Getting connected to WiFi on personal devices
