Services available:

Every staff and faculty is issued a Cisco phone.

What kind of support can I receive regarding these services?

  • Instructions on how to use phone
  • Ability to schedule and deliver equipment
  • Resetting of voicemail PIN
  • Programming different lines and speed dials

Basic troubleshooting?

  • Network port active, verify this by phone number displaying on the phone
  • Are you receiving a dial tone?
  • Remember to push 9 to dial out of the College
  • Long distance calls will require dialing 9 + 1 + a long distance code, do you have one?
  • Voicemail will lock for 15 minutes after too many failed PIN attempts
  • Review knowledge-based (KB) articles provided by IS
