Self-Service Proxy Access Troubleshooting

What to try if you don't see the students information:

When you are logging into Self-Service as a proxy user you are presented with an option for which person's account you want to view:

In order to view the information for the student you will need to pick their name from this list and click Continue.

What to try if you proxy into the students account but don't see the information you are looking for:

The student has control over what information they share with you.  If you do not see what you are looking for please contact your student and have them try the following:

• From the main menu click on their username in top right of the page and select View/Add Proxy Access

• From the list of Active Proxies click the Pencil icon 
• This will present them with the option available for them to share with you.

• Once the correct access has been selected click the Save button.
• Log out of Self-Service and back in.
