Guest accounts are created on a temporary basis.
- Canvas - courses created classes/groups, ability to communicate with other course members and publish/view course content, assignments, discussions, etc.
- Microsoft Outlook Email - every member of the University has a Microsoft Outlook email account
- Westminster WiFi
What kind of support can I receive regarding these services?
- Accessing, navigating, and utilizing the available resources
- Adding or removing members to Canvas courses
- Installing and using Microsoft Outlook
- Setting up email on personal devices
- Getting connected to WiFi on personal devices
Basic troubleshooting?
- Clear cache and cookies from all time
- Switch web browsers
- Reset password
- Outlook - make sure the user is in the correct OU and has the correct O365 license assigned
- WiFi - forget all Westminster related networks then reconnect to "Westminster", specific settings for Androids and Chromebooks (listed under KB articles)
- Review knowledge-based (KB) articles provided by IS
