Services available:

  • Campus OU - The College uses Campus OU to manage the web content on our website. At the College, the Marketing and Communications department runs the website.

What kind of support can I receive regarding these services?

  • No support offered by Information Services (IS)
    • IS does not support any part of Campus OU. The service is supported by the Marketing and Communications department. Users that wish to make any changes should submit a Web Request via the Faculty and Staff Resources page on the Westminster website. 

Basic Trouble shooting?

  • Try a different browser - sometimes the content looks different depending on browsers 
  • Refresh the page you are looking at
  • Clear cookies/cache
  • Review knowledge-based (KB) articles provided by IS
