Services available:
EvaluationKit - Currently the College provides students the opportunity to give feedback to their professors about the course via EvaluationKit. You can find these evaluations by logging into Canvas and selecting the tab in your navigation labeled EvaluationKit. Keep in mind the students should be evaluating the course and how it was taught, not necessarily the professor themselves.
What kind of support can I receive regarding these services?
- Course evaluation resets for students
- Improper course evaluation data showing (i.e. wrong name on evaluation)
- How to access course evaluations
- Requesting reports be created of completed evaluations
Basic troubleshooting?
- Is the user signed into Canvas?
- Is the user using the correct username/password?
- Did the user request to have their evaluation reset?
- Clear cache and cookies on web browser
- Review knowledge-based (KB) articles provided by IS
