LMS - Canvas

Canvas is a web-based tool for teaching, learning, and collaboration. All Westminster University classes are automatically provisioned with a Canvas course site. Canvas integrates with many other teaching and learning tools used at Westminster. New features, enhancements, and bug fixes are applied to Canvas continuously by its parent company Instructure.

What kind of support can I receive regarding these services?

• Basic course layout and design

• Copying previous Canvas courses and content into current/future courses

• Cross-listing multiple sections into a single section

• Adding/removing students, TAs, Teachers, Course Owners, and Observers

• Creation of non-academic Canvas courses

• Help installing third party apps
