Services available:

  • Etrieve by Softdocs - Currently the University uses Etrieve which is developed by Softdocs. Etrieve is a browser-based electronic content management tool, which serves as the University's document management, electronic forms, and workflow solution platform.

What kind of support can I receive regarding these services?

  • New or revised permissions to access documents (after verifying with document owner)

  • Creation of new document types or key fields

  • Troubleshooting assistance with existing processes, forms, or workflows

  • More extensive work such as creating new forms or workflows may be separate new projects

Basic troubleshooting?

  • Is the user using the correct username/password?
  • Does the user have the correct permissions?
  • Has the user seen the documents before? If so, try a different browser - the behavior might change.
