- Etrieve by Softdocs - Currently the University uses Etrieve which is developed by Softdocs. Etrieve is a browser-based electronic content management tool, which serves as the University's document management, electronic forms, and workflow solution platform.
What kind of support can I receive regarding these services?
New or revised permissions to access documents (after verifying with document owner)
Creation of new document types or key fields
Troubleshooting assistance with existing processes, forms, or workflows
More extensive work such as creating new forms or workflows may be separate new projects
Basic troubleshooting?
- Is the user using the correct username/password?
- Does the user have the correct permissions?
- Has the user seen the documents before? If so, try a different browser - the behavior might change. Â
