Services available:

Departments can request a new printer for a few different reasons:

  • New construction 
  • New office space 
  • Old printer needs to be replaced 

To start the process, the user will need to submit a New Hardware Request ticket through the Help Desk ticketing system. In the ticket, the user will need to define why a new printer is being requested. If the IS department has not budgeted for a replacement or new printer, the department might be asked to provide a budget code. If the printer is purchased via the department's budget, it will be inventoried as self-purchased, but it will still be added to our printer contract (only when purchased through the IS department).
