Services available:

Departments can request a new printer for a couple of different reasons:

  • New construction 
  • New Office space Office 
  • Old printer needs to be replaced 

To start the process the user will need to submit a new hardware request ticket through the support ticketing system. In the ticket the user will need to define why a new printer is being requested. If the IS department hasn't budgeted for a replacement or new printer the department might be asked to provide a budget code. If the printer is purchased via the department's budget it will be inventoried as self purchased, but be added to our printer contracted (only when purchased through the IS department).
