Services available:

The services People Admin supports are:

  • Position Management - job descriptions and position details, process to make changes to existing positions or existing employees
  • Applicant Tracking System - job postings, application review, candidate communication, and making hiring proposals
  • Employee Records - assigning and tracking onboarding tasks, onboarding portal for new hires, electronic staff files/records

What kind of support can I receive regarding these services?

Hands on support from HR when using this platform for the first time. Additionally, we will soon have detailed instructions posted on the HR hiring website. This will be step-by-step instructions for using the platform for the most common processes (listed above).

Basic troubleshooting?

As off now, Lauran Intinarelli in HR is the contact person for any troubleshooting and support for anyone that uses People Admin. If users have any issues, email lintinarelli@westminstercollege.edu and she can manage the case portal/submitting tickets through People Admin.
