Services available:
- System Center Endpoint - Currently the University uses an application called System CenterIntune. System Center Intune allows us to remotely install applications that are requested in any location with for University-owned PC computers.
- The IS department uses System Center Intune when faculty members request software. Every year/ semester, the IS department will send an email asking what academic software the campus community plans to use. The IS team will use System Center Intune to fulfill those requests. It is important that the campus community requests software at least once a year.
What kind of support can I receive regarding these services?
- Collect application requests
- Set up the remote install and verify it was installed
