- Go to https://login.microsoftonline.com
- Click the All apps arrow.
- Select the Stream app.
- Click My content
- Select the Videos option in the menu.
- Click the update video the pencil icon pic.
- In the permission field you can give permission to the whole organization or class or person.
- click the Apply button.
