The services People Admin supports are:

  • Position Management - job descriptions and position details, process to make changes to existing positions or existing employees
  • Applicant Tracking System - job postings, application review, candidate communication, and making hiring proposals
  • Employee Records - assigning and tracking onboarding tasks, onboarding portal for new hires, electronic staff files/records

What kind of support can I receive regarding these services?

Hands on support from HR when using this platform for the first time. They have detailed instructions on the Human Resources page of the Westminster website.
