Services available:

JAMF - Currently the college uses JAMF to manage Apple (macOS, iOS) devices. JAMF allows the IS department to make policies, apply settings, and distribute applications when needed. Users who would like to requests applications can do so in two ways:

  • A support request under the heading Academic Software. Typically this request happens after the IS department sends an email asking what academic software the campus community plans to use. The IS team will use JAMF to fulfill those requests. It is important that the campus community requests software at least once a year.
  • A support request under the heading Software Installation. This request is typically used when software already owned by the College is needed in a specific location or office.
