Univeristy-Wide Reporting system
Services Available:
Entrinsik Informer - a web-based reporting tool that allows a user to gather information more intuitively from Colleague and various other university databases, making data retrieval and report writing easier.
- Account Creation: Access to Entrinsik Informer is by request only and requires approvals; new account requests may take a few days to process.
- Data Request: New or changed reports must have approval along with details of what is needed.
- Report An Issue: Include link to the report and the name along with details of what is not working correctly.
What kind of support can I receive regarding these services?
If you are experiencing issues with Entrinsik Informer, report the issue by contacting the Help Desk or submitting a ticket. An IS Enterprise Applications team member (Database Team) will troubleshoot.
Basic troubleshooting?
- Is the user using the correct username/password?
- Does the user have an Informer account and/or the correct permissions?
- Clear browser cache and cookies.
