- Submit a Self-Service preferred name change request to update:
- Name

- Reach out to your school's front office to update:
- Office hours
What kind of support can I receive regarding these services?
Since IS is only responsible for the data part of the campus directory, we will provide support only around the data:
- Access to Colleague and Informer to pull the data
- Process any changes to the data that other departments are unable to update
- Verify all updates and maintenance is performed to Colleague and Informer
Basic troubleshooting?
- Has the user updated all personal information through the Provost/HR departments?
- Has the user submitted a web request?
- Has user verified all changes have went through?
- Clear the cookies/cache on your computer
- Review knowledge-based (KB) articles provided by IS
How do I get help?
