Services available:

The University's online campus directory is managed by many departments. 

  • IS is responsible for updating:
    • Phone number for individuals, not departments
  • Marketing and Communications is responsible for updating:
    • Layout 
    • About Me
    • Interests
    • Social media links
    • Personal website
    • Headshot
    • Areas of expertise
    • Department Directory
  • Holly Patterson is responsible for updating:
    • Office location
  • David Perry is responsible for updating:
    • Primary department
    • Degree(s)
    • Title
    • Affiliation
  • Submit a Self-Service preferred name change request to update:
    • Name
    • Pronouns
  • Reach out to your school's front office to update:
    • Office hours

What kind of support can I receive regarding these services?

Since IS is only responsible for the data part of the campus directory, we will provide support only around the data:

  • Access to Colleague and Informer to pull the data 
  • Process any changes to the data that other departments are unable to update 
  • Verify all updates and maintenance is performed to Colleague and Informer 

Basic troubleshooting?

  • Has the user updated all personal information through the Provost/HR departments?
  • Has the user submitted a web request?
  • Has user verified all changes have went through?
  • Clear the cookies/cache on your computer 
  • Review knowledge-based (KB) articles provided by IS

How do I get help?

  • Submit a Help Desk request
  • Submit a Web Request
  • Reach out to Holly Patterson, David Perry, your front office, or submit a preferred name request depending on the field you would like updated
