How to Install the HWAC POS Receipt Printer

The point of sale computer uses an Epson TM-T88V for its receipts. To install this printer, you will need to go to Epson’s website and download the latest version of the “Advanced Printer Driver” installer. (The current version that is installed is 5.13)

After the installation, it will have you confirm the printer's settings. Make sure you have USB selected for the printer's port. Once done, you can print a test page from this screen to confirm the printer is working.

Once the driver software has been installed, open CSI and log in with a CSI administrator's account. From there, navigate to the printer settings (Site Administration > General Setups > Workstation)

You should now be able to change the printers by clicking on the “receipts” button and then selecting the printer you want to use. In this case, it is the Epson TM-T88V.

Finally, you should now be able to print a receipt from CSI
