Eduroam Android Access

Here are the instructions you need to connect to it through an Android device:

  1. First, you’re going to want to find the Eduroam network:

  • Next, you’ll want to select “eduroam” and take a look at the sign in settings, make sure the following is accurate:

    • EAP Method: PEAP

    • Identity: username@westminsteru.edu (or other institution email)

    • Password: Institution Email Password

    • CA Certificate: DO NOT VALIDATE:

      • If you do not have a “Do not Validate” option you may have to accept the Certificate and put in a domain if this is the case put in: “westminsteru.edu” as the domain.

    • Phase 2 Authentication: MSCHAPV2

    • Do not worry about Anonymous identity. that can be left blank but If it auto-fills something in that field remove it.

    • It should look similar to the picture below:

  • Once you’ve plugged in those settings it should connect. If you run into further difficulties please visit the nearest institutions Help-desk for further support and troubleshooting.
