Using WebPrint to Print From a WiFi-Connected Computer
You will need an active westminsteru.edu account in order to use this service, and you will need to be connected to a campus WiFi network.
Navigate to ‘https://webprint.westminsteru.edu/’ or, from the Westminster University homepage, click the 3 bars at the top right of the page and select either “Current Students” or “Faculty and Staff Resources”
At the bottom of the page, in the section labeled “Tools,” click on “WebPrint”
Log in using your Westminster username and password
Click on “Web Print”
Click the green “Submit a Job” button.
Select the radio button for the printer you’d like to use, then click the green “2. Print Options and Account Selection >>” button on the bottom of that window.
Not every network printer on campus is listed for use in web print, and not every user has permissions to print to certain printers. If you need to print to a printer and do not have the correct permissions or do not see it listed, please submit a ticket to the helpdesk
Input how many copies you’d like to make and click the green “3. Upload Documents >>” button.
The number of copies may prevent you from printing if the job cost associated is more than your account balance. Account balances are adjusted automatically every semester
Drag or upload the file you’d like to print and click the green, “Upload & Complete” button.
Please pay attention to the ‘Allowed file type’ section on the bottom of the page to ensure the file you are uploading is able to be processed by WebPrint. Webprint will let you know if the file cannot be processed
Your document should submit and appear in your Web Print queue
