How to Change Your Voicemail Greeting

From On Campus:

1. Press the voicemail icon, looks like an envelope.
2. Enter your voicemail password followed by pound (#).
3. Dial 4 to go to set up options.
4. Dial 1 to go into the options for change your greeting. 
5. Dial 1 again to record a new greeting.
6. NOTE: If you dial 3 instead of 1 in step 5, and then dial 3 again, you can record an alternate greeting. Then, in step 5, you would dial 2 to turn on your alternate greeting instead of having to record over your standard greeting. 

From Off Campus:

1. Start by dialing into your voicemail by dialing 801-832-3850
2. Once your call has connected and you hear the recorded greeting voice start talking, press star (*).
3. Enter your 4 digit extension followed by pound (#).
4. Enter your voicemail password followed by pound (#).
5. Dial 4 to go to set up options.
6. Dial 1 to go into the options for change your greeting. 
7. Dial 1 again to record a new greeting.
8. NOTE: If you dial 3 instead of 1 in step 7, and then dial 3 again, you can record an alternate greeting. Then, in step 7, you would dial 2 to turn on your alternate greeting instead of having to record over your standard greeting.
