How to Change Your Voicemail Pin

From On Campus:

1. Press the voicemail button on your phone, looks like an envelope
2. Enter your voicemail pin followed by pound (#)
3. Press 4 for setup options
4. Press 3 for preferences
5. Press 1 to change your pin
6. Enter your new pin followed by pound (#), it must be between 5-7 digits
7. Enter your new pin again followed by pound (#)
8. Now you new pin is active

From Off Campus:

1. Dial 801-832-3850
2. Press the star button (*)
3. Enter your 4 digit extension followed by pound (#)
4. Enter your voicemail pin followed by pound (#)
5. Press 4 for setup options
6. Press 3 for preferences
7. Press 1 to change your pin
8. Enter your new pin followed by pound (#), it must be between 5-7 digits
9. Enter your new pin again followed by pound (#)
10. Now you new pin is active
