How to stop Windows 11 from reverting to Dark Mode after restart

To keep a computer from setting the default desktop and theme, in file explorer go to: C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup and edit the file theme.bat. Leave the line “@echo off” and “exit” as they are but add a REM before the other two lines to remark them out. This will keep it from setting the default theme for all users on the computer.
