Services available:

In addition to the JIRA Help Desk Portal, Information Services (IS) also maintains an online Knowledge Base (KB) full of helpful Westminster specific knowledge articles. These KB articles are easily searchable through the search bar found on the Help Desk Portal page. You can search by keywords such as email, WiFi, or phone. If you have a suggestion for a future KB article, please let us know!
