- From the Westminster University homepage, click Info For, then Current Students.
- Scroll down to Tools and click Computer Support.
- Click the Submit a Help Desk Request button.
- Select the Get IS Help Start a Get IS help request.
- In the first Description, please include:
- Your device type (Xbox, Nintendo Switch, Alexa, etc.).
- Your device’s wireless MAC address. If you are not sure how to find your MAC address, you can Google where to find it for your specific device.
- Your dorm room building and number.
- We will follow up on the ticket with the RecNet password once the request has been completed.
