1. Click on the search bar on your desktop and type, “Control Panel”.

      2. Click Devices and Printers.

     3. Right-click the desired printer.

1. Type "Printers and Scanners" into the Start search bar. 
   
   
2. Click on the printer you want, click Manage, then Set as default. 
   
   
3. You might not have this option if your default printer is being managed by one of our policies.
