  1. Log into Canvas using your Westminster email address and password. Click on the Studio tab on the left.



  2. You can sort your videos by Date Added or Name and View All, Collections, or Videos.

    You can also click the waffle menu next to My Library then Shared with Me to view the videos that others have shared with you.

  3. Click the 3 dots on the video you would like to share, then click Share Media.

  4. Click Create Link to get a link you can post to your Canvas courses or Teams classes, send via email, etc. Only people with Westminster College University Canvas logins can view the video using this link. Anyone who receives this link can view the video, but they cannot edit.

  5. Select People to share the video with specific people. When sharing with specific people, you can choose between Can View and Can Edit. When Can View is selected, the user can view, copy, and share the video. When Can Edit is selected, the user can view, add, edit, delete, download, copy, and share the video.



  6. To finish sharing the video with specific people, type in their name or email address, click Add, then Update. The user will receive an email from Studio Support letting them know that you have shared a video with them and a button to “Take me to the video”.
