- From the Faculty & Staff resources page, go to the “Requests” section and select “Help Desk Request”
- Log onto the Jira Service Portal.
- Select the Get IS Help option.
- Identify the Lists you would like to email and explain why you need to email them. The more detail you can provide the better.
- Your request will be reviewed by the departments on campus with the authority to grant your request.
- A representative from IS will contact you to let you know if your request was approved or denied.
