  1. From the Faculty & Staff resources page, go to the “Requests” section and select “Help Desk Request”

  2. Log onto the Jira Service Portal.
  3. Select the Get IS Help option. 
  4. Identify the Lists you would like to email and explain why you need to email them. The more detail you can provide the better.
  5. Your request will be reviewed by the departments on campus with the authority to grant your request.
  6. A representative from IS will contact you to let you know if your request was approved or denied.
