1. From the Westminster College homepage, click Info For, then Current Students. 
2. Scroll down to Tools and click Computer Support.
3. Click the Submit a Help Desk Request button. 
4. Select the Get IS Help request.
5. In the first Description, please include:
   1. Your device type (Xbox, Nintendo Switch, Alexa, etc.).
   2. Your device’s MAC address. If you are not sure how to find your MAC address, you can Google where to find it for your specific device.
   3. Your dorm room building and number.
6. We will follow up on the ticket with the RecNet password once the request has been completed.
